We want your space to feel perfect. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy on all Article orders. You can initiate a return or exchange up to 30 days from the date of delivery. If you decide your piece isn’t quite right, we are here to help.

To return your order, simply follow these steps:

• Email us and to let us know the email address used to place the order

• The reason for the return

• Digital picture of your delivered canvas print
attached to the email

Our customer service team will respond to your request by 24 hours with information on how they will be moving forward with your request.

Once we have received your email, we will confirm your complaint and then advise on how to proceed with the return.

WARRANTY

Sometimes the universe conspires against us. In the unlikely event your piece arrives to you in less than perfect condition. 

If you experience issues with your artwork piece, please let our team know. We will organize the return or replacement.
